Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per annum + Superannuation

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the daily operation of the Club’s restaurant, bar and member dining services while leading a professional front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
  • Deliver exceptional member and guest service.
  • Lead, coach and develop the front-of-house team.
  • Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs.
  • Coordinate restaurant bookings, functions and special events.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high food and service standards.
  • Monitor stock ordering, inventory control and monthly stocktakes.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety, RSA and WHS requirements.
  • Manage POS systems, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Handle member enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor budgets and contribute to achieving financial targets.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in restaurant, hotel or club operations.
  • Knowledge of food, wine and beverage service.
  • Experience with rostering, budgeting and stock control.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
